What happens at your first visit?

How the first 60 minutes go

The assessment is not a separate appointment: treatment starts on the same day.

No referral is needed.
The first visit always starts with an assessment, even if you have been treated elsewhere and bring reports.
You can cancel or change your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before it, by phone or email. If you cancel less than 24 hours before, the full fee for the session is payable at your next visit. With a pass, one session is deducted from the pass. The same applies if you do not attend without cancelling.
You can pay on site in cash, by bank card, with a Hungarian health-fund card or with a SZÉP card. Passes can also be bought online in Salonic.
The number of sessions you will need can never be guaranteed in advance. It depends on how you respond and on the professional assessment.
The therapists speak Hungarian and English.

The entrance is the street door of Váci út 28.: the ornate brown wrought-iron double door with the “XIII. ker. Váci u. 28” plate above it. Directly to its left you will see the MozgásKlinika Újlipótváros poster in the window.
The door is kept locked: ring button 7 on the intercom on the right-hand side of the doorway.
The clinic is on the mezzanine floor, door 2. The building is not step-free: from the entrance about half a flight of stairs leads up to the lift. The lift works with a key fob and stops on the clinic floor, so there are no more stairs after it. Unfortunately the clinic cannot be reached in a wheelchair. If you need help with the lift, call us in advance and a member of staff will come down for you.

A plan for the coming weeks

On the first level, the clinic recommends 12 sessions, two a week.
A pass, if it pays off

The 12-session passes are valid for 3 months and can be bought online or by bank transfer.
Level by level

Once the pain eases, mobilisation, stabilisation and strengthening follow.

The first consultation lasts 60 minutes, costs 24,990 HUF, and treatment starts in the same session. No referral needed.
